Please send the details and difference between IN,OUT,INOUT parameters in plsql.

there is clear explanation in oracle documentation.

IN mode - Default mode - you can pass values to procedure or function , but you cant assign any value to this parameter (read only variable)

OUT mode - you have to specify explicitly - it returns value to caller program. you can assign value to this parameter inside procedure or function.

IN OUT mode: you can pass value to procedure and returns value.

Small addition
u cant assign default values to in Out parameters
as u do for In parameters
