hi!
a user extracts a discoverer report to excel, but when she opens it the displays on a column shows squares & chinese characters i guess, her office is office 2000, on our pc it displays ok, attached is the screenshot of the excel file, thanks sir/mam =)
we've already tried reinstalling the ms office but still the same.
