hi all

My query retrives 7 records,but 4 records are printing in 1st page and remaining in the next page.how to print all the 7 in a single page,

Reduce the space between the frams and the layout fields.

Hi
go to the report frame & press F4 set the property the
number of record per page

or u cane resize the frame by mouse drug
