hello, i have a ups ippon back powe pro. i also have a problem with automatic shutdown when AC fails. i tryed the software WinPower2004 and Commander pro , but it's not reliable : it is always crashed. in windows XP power options i can't communicate with my ups by RS-232 because there not appear my manufacture and model , i put there "Generic->Custom" - it's not help. if somebody knows what to do , please help me . thank's
