In oracle forms 6i, I want to create a matrix layout. The colums and rows will be dynamic. There will be two master tables, one for columns and the other for rows. The detail table will contain column id, row id and value. The form should display as follows.

        Col1 Col2 Col3
Row1 Val11 Val12 Val13
Row2 Val21 Val22 Val23.
