How can I connect Oracle to Miscrosoft Access and convert data from Access to Oracle.

use odbc datasource or oracle migration workbench or better still, a 3rd party tool like erwin.

You can import data from Oracle to Access by importing data. Just go to Table tab in Access and then click "new" and then "link Table". And then look up in files of type drop down list, click ODBC Database. Then you pick the table you need from Oracle database. That's it.
