I've installed Oracle 11g R2 on AIX 6.1 and one of the post steps is to run a script to set passwords for configuration assistant accounts. The configToolAllCommands is supposed to be in /opt/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/cfgtoollogs

but it's not there.
# cd ./cfgtoollogs
# ls
cfgfw oui
# cd ./cfgfw
# ls

Is there any other way to set these passwords?
